The header sections MUST consist of:

• Title
• Date - the date of this revision.
• Editors - a list of people who have produced the document
• Copyright - a link to the copyright statement.
• IPR Statement - a link to the IPR statement.
• Abstract - one or two paragraph.

Editors MUST be quoted in the following format: FirstName? Initial LastName? (Affiliation) <email@email.org> where

• Either one or both of FirstName? and Initial MUST be present.
• Affiliation is the organisation or group the editor is working with in relation to this document.

The body text SHOULD be divided into subsections. If it is divided into subsections they MUST be numbered consecutively using simple decimal notatation.
