This needs to be updated to take into account the new TaxonOccurrenceLsidVoc vocabulary that replaces SpecimenLsidVoc and OccurrenceRecordLsidVoc. The mapping is more or less trivial as most or the properties retain their current names or become more like the DarwinCore? equivalents.
This is an attempt to reconcile the DarwinCoreDraftStandard with the LSIDVocs in a human readable fashion. Much of the OccurrenceRecord? and Specimen objects is base on DarwinCoreDraftStandard anyhow so they should match. More about how the OccurrenceRecord? has been modeled is in OccurrenceRecordLsidVoc.
dc:modified property. Additional information may be given in dc:source, dcterms:replace, dcterms:provenance, dcterms:hasVersion, dcterms:isVersionOf and owl:versionInfo properties
n/a If the object is a specimen the BasisOfRecord? is given by the specimen type. If it is an OccurrenceRecord? without an associated specimen then it is implied from the procedure property and others.
OccurrenceRecord/procedureDescriptor This is for the method of deriving the OccurrenceRecord? rather than the Specimen. More details can be put in the procedure property.
Specimen/typeStatusString It is also possible to indicated type status using a controlled vocabulary in the typeStatus field and to indicate the name for which this is a type specimen using the typeForName property
