Powerpoint Size Tips

In order to reduce the size of your powerpoint presentation please try compressing images. To do this see below.

Powerpoint pre-2007

• Right click on an image in the presentation
• Select properties to open the properties dialogue box
• Click on the compress button to open the Compress dialogue box
• Select "All images in document" and "web" settings
• Click on OK to close the Compress dialogue box
• Click on OK to close the properties dialogue box
• Save the presentation after the proce

Powerpoint 2007

• CLick on an image in the presentation
• Click on the tab at the top that says "Pictures"
• Click on Compress images
• Use same settings as above.
