Changes from version 2.06 to 2.06c

Please note that changes from the approved standard version 2.06 to the unreleased version 2.06a have not been documented on the TDWG developer CVS. This concerns most of the changes documented here, changes from 2.06a to 2.06b and 2.06c can be seen in the CVS and are marked here accordingly. Both versions 2.06b and 2.06c are unreleased, the latter is being submitted for review in the TDWG standards process. After changes made in the review process, the normative standard schema will be version 2.06d. The namespace remains unchanged (http://rs.tdwg.org/abcd/2.06), because this is a minor upgrade fully compatible with the TDWG Standard ABCD version 2.06.
